Property Care
- Maintenance coordination with minor issue handling when possible to reduce technician visit/cost
- Vacancy walkthroughs if the cabin is vacant for 5+ days to catch issues early and protect your property
- Cleaner coordination and turnover scheduling includes: hot tub, laundry and trash removal
- Regularly scheduled air filter and hot tub filter changes
Guest Experience & Supplies
- Stocking and replenishment of standard guest supplies, included if flat rate:
- Toilet paper & paper towels
- Dish soap & laundry detergent
- Body wash, shampoo & conditioner
- Coffee and powdered creamer
- Supplies are provided at standard guest-use levels and restocked as part of regular turnovers


Additional Services
- Pool cleaning available for an additional fee

Pricing Transparency
Flat Monthly Co-Hosting Fee (No Percentage):
- $500/month - 2-bedroom cabins
- $600/month - 3-bedroom cabins
- $750/month - 4-bedroom cabins
- $900/month - 5-bedroom cabins


Seasonal Pricing:
- March-December: Full monthly rate above
- January-February: $300/month(Includes guest communication, calendar management, and routine property checks during slower months)
Additional Notes:
- Cleaning fees are separate and paid per turnover *Extra fee for sleeps 12+ , for multiple hot tubs , for high-touch luxury cabins
- Pool management billed separately
- Flat-fee structure keeps costs predictable and your revenue upside intact
